At EōS Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
